Our commitment to innovation doesn't stop at connectors; it extends to the materials that shape the future. Silicone Liquid Injection Molding (LSR) is one of our core competencies, a manufacturing process that's instrumental in crafting silicone parts—a subset of rubber or thermoset.
In our relentless pursuit of excellence, we also excel in thermoplastic injection molding. This manufacturing process creates fully functional parts by injecting plastic resin into pre-made molds. It boasts several subcategories, including rapid injection molding, ideal for fine-tuning prototypes before full production. Another subcategory, production injection molding, is best suited for full product runs.
Silicone LSR and Thermoplastics is more than a manufacturing process; it's an art form.
